Seattle Chicken Tour

today i learned that in the city of seattle, one can own up to three chickens. apparently, last weekend was the big "chicken tour" where you could go visit various chickens living in the city. my friend is getting two chickens soon, Fran & Lola. there is apparently a whole chicken-owner subculture i was completely blind to...perhaps that was for the best.

Overheard at work today....

"i have to deal with this guy whose name is Dick. At first, I had trouble writing emails to him and writing the name,"Dick," but, as it turns out, he is a dick, so now i quite enjoy it."

someone reminded me of this little saying today. so, new green template. not sure if i like it yet, but i am inept at programming and wanted one that allowed me to post links. yeah, i know, i didn't post many, but i will. just wanted to get the party started.
